Passive effect

Pressure

Puts other Pokémon under pressure, causing them to expend more PP to use their moves.

This is always-on help. Check when it activates before building around it.
Speed plan

Unburden

Boosts the Speed stat if the Pokémon's held item is used or lost.

This passive changes move order or helps the Pokemon act first.
Punish / protect

Poison Touch
